STRATA EVOLUTON was founded by Wenna Wu who has spent the last decade helping countless owners, strata managers and other industry professionals interpret and navigate the legislative framework. 

Over the years, the need for responsible strata guidance, the management of property assets and people's homes was recognized and STRATA EVOLUTION was established to form a reliable and honest professional working relationship to fill that gap.

Our founder is on the Strata Chapter Board of the Real Estate Institute which is the peak industry body for Fair Trading consultation and government policy & legislation advisory. 

She is also currently involved in a series of projects with the Property Commissioner and several NSW Government collaborations including the statutory review of the current strata legislation; The Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 & The Strata Scheme Development Act 2015.

Her forward-thinking approach and invaluable counsel is sought by many leading property developers, international real estate organizations and various legislative regulatory bodies.
